We are highly experienced in aerial construction, power transmission line construction, aerial firefighting, equipment transportation, geo-seismic exploration and passenger air charter. Our aircraft are the finest utility helicopters available and are regularly upgraded to incorporate the latest technology available. We have an outstanding safety record an approach each job with an attentive focus on safety. Our Operation At Billings Flying Service we routinely operate our aircraft for precision long-line placement of equipment and materials. We regularly work in rough terrain and high elevation environments and are proficient at operating for extended periods, even from remote or unimproved locations. Our maintenance staff is trained and experienced at maintaining our aircraft away from our base facilities for indefinite periods. We support our own internal operations with the continuous availability of several fixed-wing aircraft. From light single engine Cessnas, capable of accessing unimproved locations, to multi-engine turboprop aircraft capable of rapid transport of staff and support components and materials to ensure the continuous operation of our helicopters. In addition to helicopter operations, we are able to provide an array of other services to our customers, including: ground equipment, aircraft and equipment maintenance, engineering services, staffing and operations assistance. We are expertly prepared to respond effectively to both technical and non-technical issues. Our response teams use our aircraft, ground equipment and personnel to perform tasks like: rapid re-construction, service restoration, disruption location and natural disaster response. We regularly mobilize teams for response throughout the Western United States and have sent teams as far as Indonesia.
